From a mantra to motivation, and finally to manifestation, Motion Is Lotion Apparel was born out of personal recovery and resilience. During my recovery from bilateral knee replacement, my therapist routinely said "motion is lotion" to motivate me. These words became my creed, helping me through not just that recovery but subsequent surgeries as well. I kept telling myself, "motion is lotion," for self-motivation and always thought, one day, I would get the T-shirt. That day finally came, and now I proudly offer activewear apparel with the power of the words "Motion Is Lotion Keep It Moving" to inspire others. My workout clothes embody the spirit of movement as healing, created from a journey of recovery and resilience.
